ISSUE:     Re-staffing the State and National Government of the C.S.A.

RE:          VOTER’S REGISTRATION DRIVE TO ENLIST

                                            C.S.A. REGISTERED CITIZENS

COURT ORDER

The Constitutional Court of the Confederate States of America, after Reviewing the issues involved in the Restoration of the Confederate States of America discussed by the Council of the Federation of States in the Spring of 2004, concluded that it was only necessary to re-staff the empty governmental offices of the legislative, executive and judicial branches of the C.S.A. Government coupled with proper decisions, appointments and elections as required to get the Government functioning again while under occupation. No actions of the State Satellite Governments nor of the occupying nation were required nor jurisdictional.

The requirements for Citizenship are spelled out in the Constitution of the C.S.A. which also makes it clear that only Citizens may vote and only Citizens may hold office.

A system had to be established to facilitate the applications for and issuance of Citizenship Certificates as the necessary step prior to holding State Constitutional Conventions for the resurrection of the existing State Confederate Governments.

The Justices have unanimously concurred in these conclusions and issued the following Court Order.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

Pursuant to the Constitutional Court which was formed out of a Constitutional Convention hosted by the Federation of States held on the Tenth and Eleventh days of our Lord, Two Thousand and One at the Edison Walthall Hotel in Jackson, Mississippi this order applies and is rendered on this, the first day of November of our Lord Two Thousand and Four, requiring that the Justices herein shall immediately swear each other in as C.S.A. Registered Citizens of the various States of our residence, after which the Constitutional Court shall be deemed a Provisional Court of the Confederate States of America having Original Jurisdiction over the Constitution of the Confederate States of America, and until proper conventions have been held, shall serve as the only Court of the Confederacy.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED:

That the establishment of a Registrar’s Office to conduct a Voter’s Registration Drive be initiated. Chief Justice Vance J. Beaudreau is appointed to serve as National Registrar of the Office of Registrars. He shall submit to this Court a plan for the operation of this office and effort throughout the traditional Confederate States and Territories.
