You may not vote in any local, state or national elections of the CSA unless you are a Registered Citizen. (Constitution of the CSA of 1861). If you are not eligible for CSA Citizenship your fee will be refunded less costs and postage.
The Plan is Simple as follows and is already underway:2004-2005 Recruit in a Voter’s Registration Drive recruiting legally

Registered CSA Citizens.
2005 Re-staff by having registered CSA Citizens elect State CSA Governors and State Delegates.
2005 Resurrect by State Delegates meeting in national convention accepting Provisional CSA Constitution.
2005 Restore with Delegates sworn in as Senators who elect a President of the Provisional CSA Government.
2006 Re-establish by holding General CSA Elections for Congress and a full term President.
2007-2012 Liberate by beginning negotiations for a Peace Treaty with the United States & ending occupation.
NOTE: State Election Laws do not apply to private CSA State Elections, but the CSA Constitution does apply.
The Federation of States is not a political party, but a non-profit educational trust which is not a 501(c)(3) organization.
