Respond to this letter by mail, telephone or email to be contacted by a CSA Registrar. Do not fail to give your address, phone number or email address. Now is the time for action for elections in January 2005. 3. You must either be a Citizen of the U. S. or a legal resident with papers and you must be reasonably fluent in English. Persons not U. S. citizens must send proof of legal residency in the U.S. Persons who belong to some terrorist organization or who are citizens of governments who are considered enemy or terrorist nations by the United States (our occupying government) shall not be eligible to register as a CSA Citizen. 4.. If you respond by mail, include a check or money order payable to the Federation of States for $50.00 U.S. to pay the costs of recording, records, and registration expenses as well as a small amount for the re-staffing fund for the CSA. Also include a copy of your driver’s license or passport and a copy of your birth certificate or 6 months utility bills from a residence in a State or Territory of the Confederacy. Mail your requests for information or applications, attachments and payment to: Your Registered Citizenship in the Confederate States of America certificate will be mailed back to you. You may not vote in any local, state or national elections of the CSA unless you are a Registered Citizen. (Constitution of the CSA of 1861).
